1. Refund Eligibility Window

• Students are eligible to request a refund only within 24 hours of the original payment/registration transaction.
• After this 24-hour period, all payments are strictly non-refundable, regardless of course start date, access status, or participation.

2. Digital Course Content

• Our courses include recorded video modules and live Zoom-based sessions, which are considered digital and/or streamed educational services.
• By enrolling, you acknowledge that digital educational products and live-access courses are non-returnable once accessed or after the 24-hour refund window, in compliance with standard digital goods refund practices.

3. Non-Transferability

• Enrollment is personal and non-transferable. You may not transfer, resell, or assign your course access to another individual.

4. Technical Issues

• AxeUSCE is not liable for technical issues caused by the student’s internet connection, device compatibility, or other personal technical limitations.
• If a technical issue is proven to originate from AxeUSCE’s platform and prevents access to course material, remedial access will be provided. Refunds will not be issued beyond the 24-hour refund eligibility window.

5. Compliance with Online Payment Regulations

• All payments are processed securely through authorized third-party payment gateways.
• By completing your payment, you expressly consent to this Refund Policy and waive the right to chargebacks or disputes with your bank/credit card provider outside the scope of this policy.

6. Acknowledgment of Policy

• By enrolling in any AxeUSCE course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
