Copyright Infringement Policy

At AxeUSCE, we take the protection of our intellectual property seriously. All course content—including but not limited to recorded videos, coding modules, written materials, and digital resources—is protected under international copyright laws and treaties. By enrolling in our courses, you agree to the following terms:

1. Ownership of Content

  • All course materials provided by AxeUSCE (including videos, coding/statistical modules, slides, and supplementary documents) are the sole property of AxeUSCE.
  • Enrollment grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials strictly for personal educational purposes.

2. Prohibited Uses

You are strictly prohibited from:

  • Copying, downloading, screen-recording, or redistributing our videos, coding modules, or related materials.
  • Publishing, selling, renting, or otherwise commercializing any portion of the course content.
  • Sharing course access credentials or granting unauthorized third parties access to our materials.
  • Uploading AxeUSCE content to file-sharing sites, public forums, or private groups without written authorization.
  • Modifying, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works from AxeUSCE coding modules or statistical tools.

3. Monitoring and Enforcement

  • AxeUSCE actively monitors for unauthorized distribution of its content through technical, digital rights management (DRM), and legal enforcement measures.
  • Suspected infringement may result in immediate termination of your enrollment without refund, along with permanent bans from future courses.

4. Legal Consequences

  • Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of AxeUSCE content constitutes copyright infringement and may lead to civil and/or criminal liability under applicable copyright laws.
  • AxeUSCE reserves the right to pursue all legal remedies, including but not limited to:
    • Monetary damages and fines.
    • Recovery of attorney’s fees and legal costs.
    • Injunctions to prevent further unauthorized use.

5. Reporting Infringement

  • If you become aware of unauthorized use or distribution of AxeUSCE content, please report it immediately to [support email/contact].

6. Acknowledgment

  • By enrolling in AxeUSCE programs, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Copyright Infringement Policy.
