EB-1A Profile Building & Research Mentorship Program (Basic)
About Course
EB-1A Profile Building & Research Mentorship Program By AXE USCE
The EB-1A (Extraordinary Ability) Green Card is awarded based on documented, sustained national or international acclaim. While USCIS requires meeting at least 3 of 10 regulatory criteria, successful petitions typically demonstrate 4–5 strong criteria, especially to pass the Final Merits Determination (FMD).
AXE USCE provides structured, long-term mentorship focused on helping qualified professionals build strong, defensible EB-1A evidence, particularly in the most achievable and USCIS-favored academic criteria.
⚠️ Important: AXE USCE does not file immigration petitions or provide legal advice. We focus on profile development and evidence creation, which attorneys later use for EB-1A filing.
EB-1A Criteria AXE USCE Primarily Supports
Through guided mentorship, AXE USCE helps candidates strengthen evidence for:
- Authorship of scholarly articles in recognized journals
- Original scholarly contributions of major significance
- Citation-building and academic impact (supports FMD)
- Profile positioning that enables future peer-review/judging invitations
These criteria form the core foundation of most successful EB-1A cases for physicians, researchers, and IMGs.
